Finding New Niches, Making Money, Building Targeted Traffic, Radio Stuff, and other News..

Haven’t posted a good blog in a while, but other projects have been keeping me quite busy, so I apologize for not being able to offer some good info in a while. Well, sorry to also say, that this blog is more of an announcment of more to come rather than a rich form of tips and tricks. But hopefully you’ll enjoy it nonetheless, and if you don’t, well, then you suck.

I am going to be posting some really good blog articles on how to properly find new niche markets, drive targeted traffic to them, increase sales, leads and/or click through rates. I’m also going to actually POST five new niche markets every week right here for those that truly cannot find new niche markets. I can’t do everything for you, and certainly won’t, but since there are so many millions of low competition niche markets that you can bank off of, I really don’t mind finding some and posting them here to help you out. There will also be a NICHE PICK of the week, which will be posted once a week, covering what I think is a hot niche that you should look into. So figure Monday or Tuesday I’ll post the five new niche markets to look into, and every Thursday or Friday the weekly NICHE PICK that everyone should really focus on for maximum revenue/income.
I’ve had a lot of great feedback for the pilot radio show, and a new one is coming very soon. I’ve decided to nix the idea of having a live radio show, and just go with a pre-recorded “discussion” format instead of a call in one. Also, I was having a hard time at figuring out what the hell to setup for it, so rather than get myself annoyed, we’ll keep it simple. All radio broadcasts will be available in the following formats - Podcast, Flash Stream (our servers), Syndicated Stream (on a handful of partner’s sites), and of course - mp3 download. I have a sound guy who is going to make sure we don’t have audio issues like in the first one, and who will make the sound quality quite awesome (192kbps) within a smaller compressed file. Some new guest co-hosts I’d like to welcome are Andrew Johnson and Aaron Wall. They’ve both agreed to be on the show every now and then, so it’s something cool to look forward to. I’ll be giving away sponsored prizes and personal prizes that include fully customized and developed niche sites from my arsenal, apprenticeship spots on some of my projects, and other goodies like YPN accounts, paid traffic accounts, etc. So keep on the lookout for them, and the only way you can win them is by listening to the show. Furthermore for all of you parents who complained last time, I apologize for the intense amount of profanity, so we are going to try and tone it down a bit these next few shows, but if we can’t.. fuckin deal with it! jk

I wanted to point out too that on the topic of how bullshit the PageRank tool is, I have a PR0, and I’m currently ranking at #10 for the keyword “affiliate blog” on Google out of 43,700,000 results. I ran some quick tests, and on the majority of the future PR tools I used, it said my PR would remain at 0/10 even after the next update. Although I’m a firm believer that it will hit 4/10 because of the nature of links that I have and the quality too. But hell, it’s going to be a low PR4 if it hits that at all. So I thought I’d point that out. And the guys who are beating me in the 9th spot happens to be Dmoz.org.

Not sure on when the forum will be launching, but I have a logo competition on SitePoint, and it’s going to be a really tough choice to pick the winning logo. But when I do pick the winner, I’ll be buying vbulletin customized template and setting up the forum really nicely. I’ve already invited a lot of well known and respected members of the community to be moderators and mentors on the forum. Like I mentioned in earlier posts, there will be a premium paid section where users will have access to information unavailable any place else. Plus direct contact with some heavy hitters to assist users in really making the most from their websites. It’s going to be a hell of a lot cheaper and a lot more beneficial than any ebook you’ll ever buy and read or any class you’ll ever take. I’ll be posting more news and information on it as the site goes into development mode.

Last bit of news, I’ve set up a reciprocal linking page on the blog. If you want to exchange links with me, then visit the link request form page and please read the instructions and rules before you submit your site. I’m going to be very strict with it, so if you don’t fall into any of those categories, seriously, don’t bother applying for it.

That’s all for now, keep pluggin away!
