WickedFire & ClickBooth Settlement

To all those curious about what seemed to be a never ending lawsuit between me, WickedFire and ClickBooth, John Lemp, we finally acted as maturely as we could and agreed to settle. No one side won more than the other that’s for sure.

Its not something I’m comfortable addressing just yet, so read about it here in a statement I posted shortly afterwards:

Well, I’d like to start off this post by saying that for once, in a very long time, I’ve had one hell of a successful week. Both in work and personal related topics. Hell, I can’t even remember the last time I was so productive and satisfied with the way everything has gone. I kept telling myself all week long “man, I should have done this a year ago” over and over again. But alas, I’m just glad that I finally got my mojo back and actually did what I was thinking of, instead of putting it off to handle shit that doesn’t do any good for me.

Medium and Big Pimping As An Affiliate Marketer - A Real Affiliate Mindset

I just read a post by Justin Chelf, he’s our resident gay man representing at WickedFire. I know I don’t have to point out that he’s gay, but I figured I would so you won’t make the same mistake I did, like cracking a gay joke last year in Miami when I wasn’t aware that he really was gay. Haha! Doh! Anyway, back on topic.. He wrote a post about how he made some mistakes when it came to suddenly being successful and having the cash to spend on things he probably didn’t really need. He just bought himself a Benz, and I’m sure he’s wasted some of those hard earned dolla bills on all sorts of other things that he purchased on an impulse.

Anyway, I wanted to sort of continue with my own personal experiences and give some advice where he left off. Sort of show what a real affiliate marketing mindset you can get into and out of hopefully that no one ever covers.

So here’s some advice, and it may not work with everyone, but it certainly did with me.
