Design a Logo for My Forum!
I need a logo designed for my webmaster forum project - wickedfire.com - So in true webmaster form (not forum!), I made a SitePoint contest. I’m offering $175 for just the logo, and there are no real rules or requirements to go by. Here’s your chance, if you’re a designer, to be extremely creative with no boundries, and with a pretty solid and easy to work with name.
The winning logo will pretty much determine the colors and layout of the site too. Not to mention the winner will land some plug promotions on my radio show and on the forum itself. This is a fantastic way for a designer who is really confident of his/her work to show everyone what they are made of, and get the proper recognition for it too!
If you want to recommend a really good designer, point them to the contest link, and tell them to give it their best shot. I know $175 for a logo isn’t much, but it comes with plenty of good advertising too, so why not give it a try?

I look forward to seeing your forum. Just make sure that everything is well organized, in terms of categorizing things properly (just as on SP), and that you make good use of light colors. I don’t think you’ll have too many problems getting people to join, especially after building a name for yourself at SP and starting your blog and radio show.
