The Comeback to Super Affiliate Marketing Status
Just wanted to write a quick affiliate marketing blog post here about my comeback over the last 30 days. Between three different Acai Berry campaigns and one Free Credit Report campaign, I’ve pulled in over $660,000 in profits over from utilizing traffic sources mostly from social media.
I’m completely floored by the results, its pretty unreal. A month ago I was scrounging around for information because after taking a 2 year hiatus from the industry, a lot has changed and left me feeling very newbie’ish. Total revenue, especially from the Free Credit Report offer put me at a little over the $2.2M mark. If those damn keywords weren’t so goddamn expensive to bid on, even on the content networks, my profit would have been well over the $1M mark, but I’m definitely not going to complain, because I never thought in a million years I would comeback so strong within the first 30 days alone. Two powerful niches, with great traffic sources, and even better friends around me for support and advice make me truly happy and glad I didn’t quit and just leave.
Affiliate Marketing Niches and Campaigns
I’m not really sure what got me to come back aside for a friend telling me to try the whole Acai Berry campaign, or maybe it was testing out traffic from Myspace’s new beta system. I also have to give credit to a few people, such as Konrad for his ppc advice and to Larby for all of his Myspace and Facebook advice he’s been giving me over the last month.
Even though they both claim I don’t owe them anything and that they were repaying the favor of advice and help that they’ve gained from WickedFire over the last year especially, I feel that credit is due to both of them. There were a few other friends who helped a lot, especially with lending me the insane amount of funds needed to cover both campaigns, but they have asked to not be named, and I don’t blame them. Lord knows what kind of crazy publicity both Konrad and Larby are going to get from this post, but whatever it is, its well deserved on their part. I also think its absolutely amazing that the two of them have grown from little affiliates into powerhouses in under a year.
Friends in the Affiliate Marketing Industry
I remember when Konrad would show up at conferences and not be making all that much, but his drive and passion for the industry always outshined his newbieness. He’s gone on to do great things and earn big numbers and he completely deserves every bit of it. Larby is a 19-yr old affiliate who happens to be, by far, the largest Acai Berry affiliate in the land, and his sites/ads have been mentioned in the mainstream media many times already. The kid deserves so much respect and absolute awe from you and me because he’s only been in the game for under a year and he’s banking so hard already.
Both of them are now under my referrals at other networks and more importantly my protection. I will see to it that no matter what, they are both paid and taken care of by every network they join and will never have to worry about payment issues ever again by any affiliate network as far as I’m concerned.
I’ve also been sharing some very inside and secret information with the two of them and the other three whom have helped out to help them increase their affiliate marketing revenues and affiliate marketing profits by tenfold. Because of my position in the industry I get access to information and offers that no one else does, and other perks that would make most of your dicks go hard if you knew about them.
I really have accomplished more in these last 30-40 days for myself within the affiliate marketing industry than I have since my mortgage lead revenue generating days back in 2005 to mid 2006. The revenue numbers alone are staggering, and if I could give any real nugget of advice from my success over this its got to be that no matter how much pride you have or had in one sector, when you don’t know something, ask for help from your peers and friends. I can tell you that it was tough for me to go out and ask guys like Konrad and Larby for help. Aside for the fact that they are both newer to the industry than I am and younger in age, I knew they were on top of their games, and I clearly wasn’t. So much has changed over the last two years that I felt that old newbie status feeling creep up inside of me.
Thankfully I’ve got a bunch of good friends on my side who don’t pass judgement about anything I ask from them either. So from now on, I’m going to invest part of my time helping out my friends more often than just ignoring questions, because if it weren’t for them, I’d still be at square one and probably would have followed through with my original goal of leaving the industry as an online affiliate marketer for good.

@Manuel - the FCR made more than the Acai did, volume and revenue wise. It also paid $20 more than Acai did, so of course it amounts to more overall revenue. For both the profit margins are a lot slimmer than most guys would have had them at, I was strictly looking for volume like woah and got exactly what I was looking for.

$2200000 / $37/lead = 60000 leads(in a month)
that’s 2000 leads/day. 10000 visitors /day.(your conversion rate is about 20%?)
revenue: $2200000 / 30 day = $73000/day
Adwords: ($2200000 - $660000) / 30 day = $50000/day
My guess:
CPC $5
ROI 45%
I tried gofreecredit on pepperjam, the payout is $17. the min bid for ‘free credit report’ is above $4.
I sent some traffic by direct link, but didn’t convert. I gave up.
