    Jon-

A lot of people are interested in setting up a lot of sites in hopes to earn a little money per site with the idea being a little bit here and there will add up. If one was trying to start a lot of sites, what’s are the methods to get the sites indexed in the search engines so you can start getting traffic to the sites? If someone was starting a lot of sites, it would be terribly tedious to try promoting each site individually, especially if the sites were nothing substantial and link exchanges would be next to impossible.

    Sir Jon

I agree with comment number one. Give us some insider info on how to set up auto content generated sites. I don’t expect you to do the hard work for me, just post a couple of hints and tips. How to get started, then how to use more advanced techniques to pull content.

    Thanks Jon

Jon, I gather from your other posts that you take on a lot of projects with several people working for you. I would imagine now you have a network of contacts you can put to work on your new ideas, but I’d like to know how you get started delegating work like that. What kind of income should you have before pursuing such projects? Where do you go for your first employees/contractors? How are they compensated? How do you keep track of things for tax purposes?

I would also like to see you do some step-by-step tutorials in affiliate marketing or PPC in which you start from scratch with nothing but your knowledge. Don’t draw on any of your existing resources, links, reputation, or contacts; start an anonymous project from scratch with the typical resources of a beginner and record how you build it up to $xx/day by spending no more than $yyy. Document the whole thing — keyword research programs/sites, ad/affiliate networks, your site urls, PPC or SEO keywords targeted, earnings, and so on.

Perhaps you could do even better by running a contest with several expert participants. Require that they post step-by-step tutorials meeting some arbitrary quality guidelines you set, post all the tutorials on a WF site, and offer the guy who makes the most money some very glamorous prizes.

I am guessing you are as busy as hell with all the projects that you are working on, and definately it would be hard to show a project from front to finish. How about pointing us to some sites that are well designed, like you did on your first post with well adsense placing. That would rock, and kill 3 birds with one stone or however that goes.
OR give us excel breakdowns of what a well converting google adwords campaign looks like.
    thanks
